Wednesday Night Adult Class Time Change

RKMSF is making a scheduling change on Wednesday nights ONLY. Our Qi Gong class is going to be on hiatus until the end of May, so we are moving the KFSS Advanced Adult classes up 1 hour. These classes will now begin at 6pm and 7pm.

March 21 and 22nd Schedules

We will be open Friday 3/21 for the 6:30 Adult class.

Saturday will be an abbreviated schedule to accomodate Easter plans...Saturday there will be 1 Adult class at 9:30-10:45 and 1 kids class from 11a-12p.
